The main challenge was that the Reilance was looking to have a platform similar to Zoom or Microsoft’team with the groups, sub- set of users, external partners and individuals. We had to ensure that the video conferencing and sharings were implemented in a way that it becomes easy to communicate using WebRTC platform.
