The Challenge

Our client, a leading south asian bank was seeking design and development of a mobile banking application to enhance there customer experience and wanted to offer to manage and payment for credit card, Insurance, debit card, redeem the points etc.
The legacy application was outdated with regards to addressing the needs of their mobile customers, nor did it optimally leverage the functionality of recent mobile technologies and devices.

The Solution

Our team worked closely for developing the a mobile app that adds value to existing banking experience.
The apps gives the power of leveraging all banking services. With more than 50 services, apps offers, save, pay, invest, and insure in a secure and hassle-free manner with a simple and intuitive interface, the mobile apps takes convenience to a whole new level, also It uses AI based algorithms to monitor spending, detect small amounts of money that could be saved without affecting normal monetary routine, and transfer the tiny chunks of money to a designated bank account.
The application was refined through a pilot launch that leveraged formal usability testing to ensure the design met the needs of the customer. Lastly, the application was integrated with back-end banking systems to provide a seamless, integrated experience.
